Get to Know Courtney | More Fun Things About Me
If you're not learning, you're not growing and if you're not growing, what's the point of any of this anyway?
Life is too short to be anyone other than yourself.
The best way to predict YOUR future is to create it!
I am known for my love of jumpsuits and athleisure wear; my short, blonde hair; lots of ambition; encouraging, motivating and inspiring quotes; and mental health advocacy.
I like to think I am the best mix of professional meets FUN!
My love language is gifting and quality time, so I am always volunteering to spend time talking with friends and mentees to help them with all things personal and professional development. I have a love for people that is like no other!
If snuggling my puppy is a hobby, that's definitely my #1 (pictured my baby ween, Moose)!
Otherwise; I love writing, cooking, cleaning (yes, I'm weird, it's fine), reading and I'm high-key competitive, so working out and participating sports is extremely enjoyable for me!
I'm a firm believer that you can never have too many fuzzy blankets, pairs of leggings, sherpa sweaters, candles, personal development books and bubbles for a hot bath.
If you ask me, I'll say Chick-fil-A nuggets or sushi. If you ask my boyfriend, Brandon, he will debate between Chipotle or Culver's and likely side with Culver's because I am always down for a cheeseburger, french fries and a strawberry malt!
Get to Know LCN | More Fun Things About the Biz
When Did You Start LCN?
LCN launched in August of 2017! I started LCN a few months after graduating from BGSU with a BSBA in Sales & Services Marketing.
When I was in the pre-launch stages, I was trying to figure out how to mix my love for weddings with my calling to teach and coach, write and speak. All in all, I love helping people and am what you call multi-passionate.
Little did I know at the time, only a couple years in, LCN would branch into two divisions; LCN Biz and LCN Events.
My business experience and the authorship of my book became my lens for the future of my entrepreneurial journey.
I can't wait to see what the future holds!
What Do You Value?
I value authenticity, integrity, building meaningful relationships, unity and purpose, and community > competition.
When LCN was founded, my vision was to make a difference by being a light in others lives through my mission of encouraging, motivating and inspiring women on their journey to self-discovery through personal development and mental health advocacy.
What's Your Why?
Why I do what I do all goes back to my love of people. My purpose is to serve others while making them feel loved, heard and appreciated.
