Hi friend, I’m Courtney! I’m a coach and educator with a huge love of people and all things health, wellness, and lifestyle. I am super passionate about helping women become their own kind of badass through personal development and a whole lot of hype.

I spend a lot of time helping fellow creatives with their branding, social media marketing and strategic copywriting so they can design experiences they love while building meaningful relationships online. My network likes to refer to me as the “IG Queen” and “Magic Maker” and I am 1000% here for it.

Personal Motto?

If you're not learning, you're not growing and if you're not growing, what's the point of any of this anyway?

Life is too short to be anyone other than yourself.

The best way to predict YOUR future is to create it!

Personal Brand?

I am known for my love of baseball hats and athleisure wear; lots of ambition; encouraging, motivating and inspiring quotes; and mental health advocacy.

I like to think I am the best mix of professional meets FUN!

Personal Touch?

My love language is gifting and quality time, so I am always volunteering to spend time talking with friends and mentees to help them with all things personal and professional development. I have a love for people that is like no other!

If snuggling my puppy is a hobby, that's definitely my #1.

Otherwise; I love writing, cooking, cleaning (yes, I'm weird, it's fine), reading and I'm high-key competitive, so working out and participating sports is extremely enjoyable for me!

Self-Care Routine?

I'm a firm believer that you can never have too many fuzzy blankets, pairs of leggings, sherpa sweaters, candles, personal development books and bubbles for a hot bath.

Favorite Food?

If you ask me, I'll say Chick-fil-A nuggets or sushi. If you ask my boyfriend, Brandon, he will debate between Chipotle or Culver's and likely side with Culver's because I am always down for a cheeseburger, french fries and a strawberry malt!

My Entrepreneurship Journey

When Did You Start LCN?

LCN launched in August of 2017! I started LCN a few months after graduating from BGSU with a BSBA in Sales & Services Marketing.

When I was in the pre-launch stages, I was trying to figure out how to mix my love for weddings with my calling to teach and coach, write and speak. All in all, I love helping people and am what you call multi-passionate.

Little did I know at the time, only a couple years in, I would retire LCN Events (the wedding planning part of my business that got me started), and be focusing on coaching and education!

My business experience and the authorship of my book became my lens for the future of my entrepreneurial journey.

I can't wait to see what the future holds!

What Do You Value?

I value authenticity, integrity, building meaningful relationships, unity and purpose, and community > competition.

When LCN was founded, my vision was to make a difference by being a light in others lives through my mission of encouraging, motivating and inspiring women on their journey to self-discovery through personal development and mental health advocacy.

What's Your Why?

Why I do what I do all goes back to my love of people. My purpose is to serve others while making them feel loved, heard and appreciated.
