COURTNEY NOELLE

Being a coach is something I have worked toward for years, and I can’t even begin to describe how rewarding it is to change the lives of others every day.

Keep scrolling to learn more about me outside of nutrition and wellness!

Personal Motto?

If you're not learning, you're not growing and if you're not growing, what's the point of any of this anyway?

Life is too short to be anyone other than yourself.

The best way to predict YOUR future is to create it!

Personal Brand?

I am known for my love of baseball hats and athleisure wear; lots of ambition; encouraging, motivating and inspiring quotes; and mental health advocacy.

I like to think I am the best mix of professional meets FUN!

Personal Touch?

My love language is gifting and quality time, so I am always volunteering to spend time talking with friends and mentees to help them with all things personal and professional development. I have a love for people that is like no other!

Hobbies?

If snuggling my 3 mini doxies is a hobby, that's definitely my #1.

Otherwise; I love reading, writing, cooking, cleaning (yes, I'm weird, it's fine), reading and I'm high-key competitive, so working out and participating in sports is extremely enjoyable for me!

Self-Care Routine?

I'm a firm believer that you can never have too many fuzzy blankets, pairs of leggings, sherpa sweaters, candles, personal development books and bubbles for a hot bath.

Favorite Food?

Most definitely a cheeseburger, fries, and a strawberry shake!

my entrepreneurial journey

When Did You Start LCN?

LCN launched in August of 2017! I started LCN a few months after graduating from BGSU with a BSBA in Sales & Services Marketing.

When I was in the pre-launch stages, I was trying to figure out how to mix my love for events with my calling to teach, write, and speak. All in all, I love helping people and am what you call multi-passionate.

Little did I know at the time, only a couple years in, things would align with my long-term vision and I would pivot out of weddings and events and into nutrition and wellness!

My life experiences and medical diagnoses became my lens for the future of my entrepreneurial journey.

I can't wait to see what the future holds!

What Do You Value?

I value authenticity, integrity, building meaningful relationships, unity and purpose, and community > competition.

When LCN was founded, my vision was to make a difference by being a light in others lives through my mission of encouraging, motivating, and inspiring women on their journey to self-discovery through personal development and mental health advocacy.

What's Your Why?

Why I do what I do all goes back to my love of people. My purpose is to serve others while making them feel loved, heard, understood, valued, and appreciated.
