Feeling like your body is out of whack?
There’s a good chance your hormones are imbalanced.
Here are some factors affecting your hormones that shouldn’t be ignored:
✔️You’re overly stressed and not setting healthy boundaries.
✔️You are over-training and under-eating.
✔️You’re experiencing poor sleep and are dependent on caffeine.
Of course, we try to be healthier, but we must treat our bodies with care and not throw a band-aid on a problem that needs addressed at the root cause.
When our bodies experience long-term stress, whether from making too many commitments and not prioritizing time for ourselves, spending too much time exercising, not eating enough to fuel our bodies appropriately, not getting enough sleep, relying on caffeine to get us through the day, or a combo of these, our bodies go into survival mode to compensate and preserve what we need to continue to function at the minimal level.
Here’s the thing- if we don’t tackle these obstacles head-on, we will severely suffer in the long-term. We don’t want that.
Many women focus on looking a certain way that they don’t realize our bodies can’t keep up; sacrificing their health to keep up with their favorite fit-fluencer, constantly in a cycle comparison.
WE CAN’T KEEP DOING THIS!!
If something feels off, do a self-assessment.
❔Ask yourself, “how am I REALLY feeling?”
❔Ask yourself, “what am I ignoring?”
❔Ask yourself, “what do I need to change?”
There’s a good chance you already know the answers.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!
Only you know how you’re feeling on the inside.
Now it’s up to you to take action to become the healthiest and happiest version of you!
