A healthy and strong body doesn’t start in the gym- it starts in your mind with a decision.
Doing the boring things consistently = exceptional results.
A lot of girls come to me looking for the next innovative program, including a lot of complex exercises they’ve seen fit-fluencers perform on TikTok or Reels.
The thing is, a lot of those exercises are thought up to entertain or help the post perform better.
Long story short- you don’t have to do the trending exercises to see the results you want!
When I write my strength training programs, they include standard lifts that you see performed time and time again.
Squats
Split squats
Deadlifts
Leg press
Shoulder press
Raises
Chest press
Flys
Curls
Extensions
To name a few. The list goes on and on.
There’s a reason you see the above exercises performed regularly- they work and will help you produce the results you’re looking for!
But here’s the thing- what you do in the gym doesn’t matter if you aren’t ready to fuel your mind and body outside of the gym. You have to make the decision to commit to yourself and your goals.
And what you do in the gym comes down to doing the “boring” things consistently to produce exceptional results.
You don’t have to change it up all the time. In fact, having a consistent split routine week to week is highly encouraged for building muscle.
And having a consistent routine outside of the gym will help you get where you want to be faster.
Consistency is key!
